VIS Solutions joined Startup Europe Regatta 2024 in Split, connecting with startups, investors, and technology leaders while exploring innovation, collaboration, and networking in a unique sailing-inspired setting.
VIS Solutions was proud to participate in Startup Europe Regatta 2024, one of Europe's most distinctive startup and innovation events, held in Split, Croatia, on 10–11 October 2024.
What did Startup Europe Regatta 2024 offer?
Bringing together startups, investors, mentors, corporate representatives, and technology enthusiasts from across Europe, the event provided an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, discovering new business opportunities, and building valuable professional relationships. Through inspiring keynote sessions, engaging panel discussions, and a vibrant networking atmosphere, Startup Europe Regatta once again demonstrated why it has become a key meeting point for the regional innovation ecosystem.
Now in its sixth edition, the conference opened in the atmospheric cellars of Diocletian's Palace, underlining its status as Croatia's largest startup conference. It was held with the support of the City of Split and co-organized by the city's Development Agency and Technology Park — with Mayor Ivica Puljak highlighting the event as a sign of Split's ambition to become a leader in new technologies and to connect its strong tourism with technological progress. Alongside the main program, the ‘Startup Riva-expo’ ran on Split's seaside promenade as an open showcase of the latest technologies and innovations, and the two days closed with a sailing regatta in the Split aquatorium — symbolically tying innovation to the sea.
