VIS Solutions was proud to take part in DSC DACH 2026 in Vienna, the regional conference for AI builders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, held from 13–15 October 2026. As a Silver Sponsor — for the second year running — we joined engineers, researchers, founders, and enterprise teams from across the DACH region for several days of knowledge sharing, hands-on sessions, and networking under this year's theme: Building the DACH AI Stack.

What did we bring to the DSC DACH stand?

DSC DACH brings together the people actually building with AI — those moving it out of the lab and into real, production-grade systems. For VIS Solutions, returning as a sponsor was a natural fit: an opportunity to connect with organizations navigating digital transformation and to show how agentic AI and intelligent automation are reshaping the day-to-day reality of running software in production. At our stand, our team met data and engineering leaders from a wide range of industries and talked through the challenges of automation, support, and building AI systems that organizations can actually trust.

What does "Building the DACH AI Stack" mean?

This year's theme captured exactly the kind of work we care about: not AI as a demo, but AI as infrastructure. Across the program, the focus was on AI development, machine learning infrastructure, data engineering, applied AI products, and the strategy and governance needed to run them responsibly. It is a shift from asking what can AI do? to asking how do we put it into production, and keep it reliable? — the same questions we work through with our clients every day.

What is DSC DACH?

DSC DACH is the regional platform for AI builders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — where engineers, researchers, founders, and enterprise teams come together to turn intelligence into real systems. The 2026 edition ran across several formats in Vienna: online tutorials to open the event, a Masterclass and Executive Summit at the Hotel Imperial, and the main conference day — DSC DACH Core — at the Hotel Savoyen. The program spanned data and AI talks, ML infrastructure, AI strategy and leadership, governance, and applied AI products, making it one of the most focused gatherings for practitioners in the region.

Looking ahead
